Sub-direction of Administrative and Financial Affairs
It operates under the authority of the General Director of the Observatory and specializes in the following missions:
Financial and Budgetary Management
Preparation of the Observatory's budget, monitoring its execution, and maintaining financial records.
Human Resources and Logistics
Management of staff as well as maintenance of the Observatory's equipment and facilities.
Legal Affairs and Conventions
Preparation and revision of draft conventions and agreements concluded by the Observatory.
Technical and Logistical Support
Provision of technical means for field monitoring and the organization of scientific events.
The National Observatory of Sport is a public institution dedicated to monitoring, analyzing, and developing the sports field through research and studies, statistical collection, and the organization of training and scientific forums to support decision-making and promote sports excellence.
