About ONS

The management of the Tunisian National Observatory of Sport defines the organizational framework through the proposal of internal regulations, the development of activity programs, and the preparation of the annual budget while ensuring its proper execution. It also guarantees the administrative and technical management of staff as well as coordination between the different departments. It represents the Observatory in official bodies, submits periodic reports to the supervisory authority, and ensures compliance with legal obligations. Finally, it develops partnerships, concludes agreements, and supervises contracting with experts and researchers for the implementation of scientific studies.

The Research and Studies Department, attached to the General Administration of the Tunisian National Observatory of Sport, contributes to the development of Tunisian sport through data analysis, the conduct of strategic studies, and the formulation of recommendations aimed at improving the performance and management of the sports sector at the national level.

The General Administration ensures the overall management of the Observatory and the implementation of its strategic orientations.

It plans activities, prepares work programs, and ensures their implementation in accordance with the established objectives.

It ensures the administrative, financial, and human resource management of the Observatory in order to guarantee its proper functioning.

It provides the necessary resources, supervises projects, and ensures proper coordination between the different units.
